REFERRALS 

Camp RISE is still accepting referrals during the current COVID-19 Pandemic. Though our office location is closed for in-person shopping, youth and caregivers with current referrals can submit an order for current needs via our website. Orders will be available for delivery or pick up. Our team is still serving youth and working with schools, social workers, and partner agencies to the extent possible. Camp RISE accepts referrals for Harris County youth from:

• Texas State DFPS Caseworkers
• Federal Foster Care caseworkers
• Texas State OSPI (Foster care liaisons, school counselors, or other school staff)
• Case managers with foster placing agencies or group homes
• CASAs
• Attorneys Representing Youth

If you fulfill one of the above roles and would like to make a referral for a youth in need of services, please complete our referral application.
